Littleflower912, do you live someplace or do you belong to a culture where you are dependent on your husband for transportation/permission to visit a priest?
Most people on this forum would assume you would just arrange to see a priest if you wanted to do so. Or do you mean you want your husband to visit a priest with you?

Why does he forbid you from speaking to a priest about this?

Also asking if there is a nationality or cultural issue where you are not free to simply call up Padre and talk to him.
