Bruce,
Just wanted you to know that you continue to be in our prayers tonight. God bless.

:)Dear Bruce,
Psalm 4
Answer me when i call to you,
O my rightous God.
Give me relief from my distress:
be merciful to me and hear my
prayer.
How long, O men will you turn
my glory into shame?
How long will you love
delusions and seek false gods?
Know that the Lord has set apart
the godly for himself:
the Lord will hear when i call to him.
In your anger do not sin:
when you are on your beds,
search your hearts and be silent.
Offer right sacrifices and trust in
the Lord.
Many are asking"Who can show us
any good?"
Let the light of your face shine
upon us, O Lord.
You have filled my heart with
greater joy then when their grain and
new wine abound.
I will lie down and sleep in peace,
for you alone, O Lord,
make me dwell in safety. Sleep well child of God.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death
Amen.

Loving God,

We thank you for your many blessings in our lives and today we especially thank you for the gift of silent prayer where we have the opportunity to listen to You, dear Lord.

We lift up the intentions of our friend in Christ, Bruce, who has been going through some difficult times and has experienced much anxiety and worry over his employment and family life issues. We know that you present us with the opportunity for suffering, and that you will often bend, but never break us during these trials. Sometimes, dear Lord, the bending is very challenging. We ask for your mercy and blessings for Bruce and his family, that he may be able to find suitable employment to provide for his family, that his family life may endure and grow stronger during this time of trial, and that Bruce may be granted a strong faith, courage, and hope in You, dear Lord.

We pray in the named of your beloved son Jesus, who is the same yesterday, today, and for all eternity.

Amen.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Your Son, please have mercy on Bruce, and all who like him who are suffering the loss of a job and a loss of a career
Please have mercy on him and his family and for all who are under-employed or unemployed. Please God, grant us good work very soon to serve you, support our families and find meaning in life.

Please help Bruce and his family and marriage, along with the families and marriages of all who are suffering due to the loss of jobs and income. Help our families to be strong and supportive, and that our frustration and worry not become a source of devision.

Please help Bruce, and these others, to be strong during this crisis, and help his faith and trust in Jesus to increase, and to deeply know and believe that You will take care of him and his family and guide them.

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,
and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

Thanks again to all who have kept me and my family in prayer. Right now I feel my prayers are going unheard — the harder I pray, the more isolated I feel. My biggest worry is finding a job at my age to support my family, and being able to find a job that I can use whatever skills God has blessed me with. Blessings to you all — each day seems a little tougher, a little more stress — I know I am not alone, and I do appreciate your thoughts and prayers. I pray for you all each night.

Bruce

Bruce,

If you can attend eucharistic adoration and daily Mass (if you’re not already) you will receive graces and strength to keep persevering with hope during this difficult time of unemployment and stress. You’ll get a job at the appointed time, for sure - just trust in divine providence and know that you’re going through a trial. Just keep praying and applying for jobs and keep busy with good works. I’ll still pray for you too. Peace!

If you are exhausted, drained, and ready to quit, read Isaiah 40:28-31.
Rest in knowing that the Lord will renew your strength
Reflections:
Where do I go for hope and comfort
Maybe I need to have more time with God today.
Power Verses:
Isaiah 40:28-31, “Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary; and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like an eagle; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk, and not faint.” (NIV)
" THE LORDS PRAYER"
Our Father which art in heaven Hallowed be Thy name,
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we,
forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,
AMEN!
