Specifically confess sex acts?

Does one have to specifically confess certain sex acts like oral/anal sex or can you just confess fornication and include the number with those acts too?
 
Number and kind are needed for mortal sin

Things like “fornication 2x” “adultery 2x” “looking at pornography 3x” “lustful thoughts 3x”

If it is fornication…one says fornication…if it was adultery one says adultery.

those seem to be* other than* “fornication”…

So the person ought I think confess them per se.
Though I would add that things that say are part of what would normally be considered fornication (intercourse)–such as lustful kissing…can be “included” as I understand it in “fornication”. But if say one stopped one would confess them and that one intended fornication but say repented and did not continue (or whatever).

The Priest can help the person confessing as I noted (he can ask)…he has heard it all and is trained in hearing confessions.
 
You may say " I have engaged in sexual acts that are not open to conception", or some other wording. Yes, priests have heard it all and if they need clarification they will ask you for it.
