So? Clocks are physical devices, they are susceptible to the effects of speed and gravity. But time itself does not change. Within a single frame of reference the mechincal device used for measuring time will be effected, but time itself won’t. And for differing frames of reference the differing effects must be accounted for. So?

Clock within each framework does not slow down at all what changes is clock in another framework which moves compared to another one slows down. It is a relativistic phenomena. Hence time is not an absolute concept as space is not.
