Spirits In Prison And Jesus

If there is no conscious awareness after death, how could the “spirits in prison”, who lived during “Noah’s days”, be preached to by Christ after His death (1Pet 3:18-20) and how could the good news be “declared also to the dead” (1 Pet 4:5-6)? If the “spirits in prison” of 1Pet 3:19 refers to demonic angels, instead of the just people who died before the resurrection of Christ, then why

Im sorry it if this sounds a little harsh but in reality it is the truth.
I went through something similar when I chose a flirtatious loose woman to love. I would not listen to anyone in the long run God showed me that as the woman I loved was a harlot so was I playing the harlot.

Besides, I am a fool in love. However, if God calls me away, than I must obey Him. So far, He has told me through my spiritual director that I may date and marry this woman. Until He says otherwise, I will not question Him.
