Spiritual Direction without parental consent

I have been thinking about finding a spiritual director. I could really use one, but I can’t ask my parents to help find me one and they would probably be opposed to this idea. Can I get spiritual direction without parental consent?

I would bet not. No spiritual director would want to be having a private conversation with a minor against the will of his/her parents.

Are your parents Catholic? Would they object to you talking with a priest?
