The whole rosary thing with those rosary bead crosses has been going around the internet for some time, it’s been disproven

It’s not true

A catholic exorcist from the Philippine’s who is in good standing might have had good reason for saying what he said about such rosaries.

Various news outlets even in the Philipinne’s quoted this catholic priest exorcist as saying this.

A catholic preacher in the charismatic renewal healing/ deliverance ministry in my country also discerned this in prayer.

And in my own discernment I agree with the catholic exorcist’s advice, having had several relatives who had very demonic nightmares at night until those specific rosaries were dealt with, and then the demonic nightmares completely stopped.

Research it. He claimed this on a radio interview in 2016. He was not speaking for the Bishops conference. He was speaking on his own.

He even claims crosses not marked with anything have this issue.

And his simple suggested fix. Get Rosaries blessed.

We also do not announce the results of our discerning, they are taken to our superiors. The Bishops Job is then to determine the truth.

Do you think it’s possible the devil is working through this person to limit the spread of cheap and free Rosaries?

Google it, pretty simple

You cannot discern if your relatives are having demonic activity. That is for the Priests and the Parish exorcist.

Yes this Catholic exorcist said he has come across this in his discernment in his ministry, and I agree with his discernment

Read more articles, listen to the interview. He is also, not representing the Bishops.

We don’t perform exorcism on items, we perform exorcisms on people.

Critical thinking, rather then knee jerk reactions when reading all these stories. I can assure you Australia gets many of these type of Rosaries, and gives them out free . They are blessed as are all free Rosaries.

It’s also a great idea to research the cross itself and where it’s made and what is actually on it.

Exorcists perform exorcisms on haunted houses.

Read the writings of catholic exorcists, They often have to deal with cursed items too, and exorcising evil from these items.

Do you recommend that people nurture a relationship with the Blessed Mother?

Yes. She’s the first disciple, the first to say “yes” in the Gospels, she’s the first vocation in the Church, she’s the carrier of the Word. From the point of view of an exorcist, Satan and the demons hate the Blessed Mother in a very different kind of way than they hate Christ. And very often the Hail Mary can be more powerful than the prayers of the rite of exorcism.

This is not a debate about the rosary but whether an item can be cursed by a satanist, And whether that item needs deliverance prayers over it before it can be safely used,

According to Spain’s experienced exorcist, Fr. Jose Fortea, “A curse is an action that is done to harm another with the help of demons. There are specific curses to kill, to cause one to be possessed, to make things go bad in business, and to make someone sick, etc‘

Fr Jose Fortea also has commented on Cursed Items:
‘Most exorcists agree that objects can be cursed by some work of magic, voodoo, satanic rituals or witchcraft. Cursed objects are sometimes unknowingly ingested or they may be outside the person causing harm through touch or by keeping the cursed object in the home. Cursed objects must be found and destroyed, and thus the curse is broken.’

‘The Church: Exorcism and the path to Deliverance’ by Fr Jose Forte (catholic exorcist)

What is demonic infestation?

‘Demonic infestation is the phenomenon in which a demon possesses a place, such as a house or building, or an object. Infestation never causes the possession of any of the people who live there. An infestation may occur in a particular place due to some esoteric or satanic rites being performed with frequency. Such infestation may result from a hex, spell, or curse, or from voodoo or witchcraft. To end the infestation of a place, the rite of exorcism lists several specific prayers that need to be prayed.‘

In his book, Interview with an Exorcist, Fr. Jose Antonio Fortea writes that such objects should be burnt (page110).
What the Philipinne’s exorcist recommends about the cursed beads is: ‘exorcism prayer and have them blessed,’

Catholic exorcism writer expert states:

Only people can be possessed,
But yes items can be cursed,

This is much more likely. Especially when you actually look at photos of these rosaries – no snake, and no “evil eye.”

I am highlighting this information. Thank you so much for sharing this.

This is just so evil, for someone to even think of doing this.
You would never even think to look for this on a Rosary, you know, unless someone would bring it to your attention.
We had a whole thread about this rosary business a couple days ago, started by the same poster, which was deleted.

Two priests who post here, one of whom does deliverance ministry, said that this is an urban legend and confirmed that there are not satanic symbols on these rosaries, which are a common type apparently manufactured in Ecuador (the “Ecuador BREV” rosary).

Now the same poster has seen fit to post this exact same business about the rosary on like 10 threads.

Now he is dragging this rosary superstition into yet another thread, despite his past thread on it being deleted.

I have flagged the posts.

When the moderator deletes a thread, people are not supposed to go and post the same stuff again in multiple other threads.

Please stop.

I just said I posted this before that thread.

And once again you completely ignore the facts stated by the american and italian catholic exorcists in the link I provided, that demonic infestation occurs on an item that has been cursed, and that cursed item must be exorcised with prayers from the Rite of Exorcism manual book.

And you ignore that this Philipinne is a real catholic exorcist who posted this on his facebook page and spoke of it on a radio station, if you check the link I provided.

Fact.

People may have their own opinions on his statement but I agree with this catholic exorcist’s discernment.

If this continues to be an issue with you, I’d suggest you look up what is known about “lucid dreaming.” Lucid dreaming is when a person who is asleep and dreaming can nevertheless become aware that they are dreaming and can direct the direction of the dream. Some people come by this ability naturally, but to a certain extent it is also a skill that can be learned.

You may find it is enough to simply realize while you are dreaming that you are in fact only dreaming, becoming a “spectator” in your dreams rather than feeling your dreams can be used to victimize you. Being able to step into your own dreams removes dreaming as a “venue” (so to speak) in which you feel you are powerless to stop suggestions from the evil one. It also allows you to use your dreams as an avenue to understand what sorts of things are on your own mind. While I don’t necessarily think lucid dreaming is something that everyone needs to learn to do, I’d certainly consider it if my dreams were upsetting my sleep or my daytime serenity.

Yes, objects can be cursed via infestation. A reliable website re: that and related matters is that of lay peritus of religious demonology Adam Blai, who works for the Diocese of Pittsburgh.

http://www.religiousdemonology.com/index.html

But this post is off-topic, the related Rosary issue has been addressed by two priests, and this post is also contrary to the rule about lengthy posts.

I’ve often had dreams where demons or an evil force tries to attack me. I try to speak but it is difficult to speak. But often I will say the hail Mary prayer or I rebuke you in the name of Jesus. Both of these prayers work and after some time they will go away or I will wake up. But they are terrible dreams when I do have them. Often I will awake in my dream where I am in my bedroom but something dark wants to attack me and I have to pray to get rid of it. I don’t do any occult etc. I am a strong Catholic, at least I hope so. Has this happened to anyone else?
