Please provide short posts, with one or more items that Catholics might use to assess their own level of spirituality.

Examples

confession - monthly

Mass – weekly

Mass – daily

Rosary – daily

Subscribe/read Catholic newspaper

read Bible – 30 minutes daily

Let’s see. Mine is:

Sunday and HDO Mass - every required day (sadly, I tend to fail at this)
Daily Mass - As often as schedule allows (usually once per week)
Liturgy of the Hours - As often as schedule allows (6 offices on weekends, usually around 4 offices on weekdays)
Daily Cycle (Horologion) - As often as schedule allows (8 offices on weekends, usually around 6 offices on weekdays)
Rosary - Every day (still working on this)
Chaplet of Divine Mercy - Every day
Komboskini - Every day
Daily Mass Readings - Every day
Constant recitation of Jesus Prayer - Haven’t made much headway here, but it’s a long-term goal
Lectio Divina - still haven’t managed to work this in, but it’s also a long-term goal.
Novena Once a Month - still haven’t managed to work this in, but it’s also a long-term goal.

Talk with God: daily
Prayer: morning and evening and in between
Mass: minimum once a week
Volunteer group: twice a week
Bible study: trying to find a Catholic group
Spiritual guidance: networking to find spiritual director, meanwhile reading bios on the saints.

Confession - almost weekly
Mass - Sunday’s and obligatory
Rosary - daily
Divine chaplet - daily
Bible - 20 minutes daily
Short prayers - multiple times per day
Catholic forums - 30 minutes daily

All are great pointers.

I would add:
Daily conversations with God (as you would talk to a friend). Some consider this part of prayer.

Pious invocations though out our day - these help keep us centered in Christ.

Any acts of kindness?
How patient was I today?
Was I able to let go of something I wanted for the sake of someone else?
How well did I listen today?
Any sacrifice today?
Was I able to put myself in someone else’s shoes?

Those are good. I might add:

Adoration weekly if possible.
Scripture reading daily.
Rosary daily.
Praying daily.

A lot of things listed do not really “assess level of spirituality.”
They assess spiritual activity

They are activities that nourish faith but how do we see that we are actually advancing?
How do we see that we are becoming more loving people? More sensitive to the Holy Spirit and more obedient?

I am thinking more of things like:
Did I accept in faith and tranquility the things I could not change?
How well am I carrying my crosses?
Did I see Christ in a lowly person?
Am I able to forgive those who wrong me?

Like an Examination of Conscience,
Code:
Does the way I spend my time reflect a genuine concern for others?
Is solidarity incorporated into my prayer and spirituality?
Do I lift up vulnerable people throughout the world in my prayer, or is it reserved for only my personal concerns?

Am I attentive only to my local neighbors or also those across the globe?

Do I see all members of the human family as my brothers and sisters?
