You are such a phoney, Mr. Ralph. A counterfeit. A fraud.

This thread has become about YOU. Do you like it? It’s called EGO.
Un-answerable questions usually bring some type of response, like the one you just gave. Ralph

Jerry)
I am certain that the pharisees and the lawyers said the same thing to the followers of Jesus. Are you now suggesting that we should ignore legitimate divine apostolic authority and follow you?

Forget the apostolic authority and follow, (not Jerry), but the Lord Jesus Christ. ralph

Prove that what you say is true.

You can’t.

It is your and your faiths wishful thinking.

It is your and your faiths answer to the unanswerable.

It is desperation, at its worst, in trying to silence Occam’s razor.
Occam’s razor was invented by a Catholic friar.
Maybe you should try your competence with it by shaving and seeing if you can severe your problems from the corporeal constraints at the neck line.😃

If it works as well as I hope it does l shall have to go to confession…
Ocam's Razor:
The principle that entities should not be multiplied needlessly; the simplest of two competing theories is to be preferred; attributed to the 14th-century English logician and Franciscan friar William of Ockham; a tenet of the reductionist philosophy of nominalism; taken today as a heuristic maxim that advises economy, parsimony, or simplicity in scientific theories.

I did ralphy and He is present in the Catholic mass every day. Stop in sometime and say hello and see if he recognizes you. 😉

Usually when people ask for “proof” they seek some sort of empirical evidence. But there can be no “natural” proof of a “supernatual” being or event. This, by the way, is the fallacy of your signature, the idea that the natural world can “prove” a supernatural thing. I could just as easily ask you for proof that “Love” exists. You cannot prove it: It has no mass, no structure, it cannot be identified by any scientific measure, yet people do love each other.

Having said that, there is more “proof” that there IS a God then that there is no God.

If you REALLY want an answer, I strongly recommend this book, which I enjoyed thoroughly:

(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

It is not an easy read, but it gives some of the most convincing arguments I have come across.

Seriously, what’s the matter with you? Sick post.

Where is He the rest of the time. When I was a kid in the Roman catholic church,I believed that He was kept in the tabernacle, just to the right of the main altar. That is why we were told to bend a knee when we passed by the church. Do you still follow that? Ralph

So if the last time you were in a Catholic Church was when you were a child, don’t you think that maybe you might have misunderstood something and that perhaps you ought to go and speak with Him, yes in the Tabernacle.

Do you believe that God is actually in the tabernacle in the church ? Ralph

Absolutely, Jesus is substantially present in the tabernacle in the blessed sacrament. You will see a small red candle in the area that will be lit to remind you of his presence and to show reverence.

If you visit - please remember to show reverence and bow or knell.

  1. Life is grand and very short, enjoy it.
  2. Unlike you, I don’t pretend to have the answers, as to how the universe came to be.
Now for my question;

By what means did your God spring into existence?
To the contrary: you DO claim to have at least one answer: that God does not exist.

That is an answer. That is a philosophy.

God is eternal and did not ‘spring’ into existence. Now are you able to voice your own explanation of the universe?

And are you willing to tell me how you find the courage and will to continue?
