SPLIT: Papal dispensation re marrying a 1st cousin

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me out with a query. I need to find out roughly how long it would take to apply and be granted a papal dispensation to marry a first cousin in early 1900’s?
I am focusing on Ireland at this time if that helps or makes a difference.
