I thought the viewers would enjoy this message of consolation:
LOVED
1] Who are the persons (family, friends, teachers) who loved me most? ( I walk through the front door and through each room of the places where I lived until I find those who love me. Then I focus on one person and share with Christ, the Being of Light, how grateful I am.
2] What events(challenges, prayer times, successes made me grow most? (Walk through the classrooms, job, happiest times and rest in the most growthful one, prayer time, successes made me, grow most.
3] When did I most experience God’s forgiveness for me (as James did for Mary)? (Watch the times I said “I’m sorry” and really mean it."
LOVING
4] What are my gifts that God usues(my skills, what I enjoy doing, best times)? (Focus on each paper of the body until I can thank God for its gifts,)
5] Who are better off bcause they met God in me? (Watch for pictures of those I listened to, prayed for, helped. laughed with,)
6] When did I most reach out for someone who hurt me and really forgive him? Watch the times others didn’t listen, weren’t grateful, etc, and yet found me smiling.)
HURTING
7] What is the worst thing I ever did in my life? How were Jesus and the Father loving me even then? Each those who love me because I can hurt them most.}
8] When was I hurt the most (e.g. John’s death)? What growth came then? (Watch those who love me most because they can also hurt me most.)
The last several questions are harder to answer, but they also reveal deeper depths of God’s love. That’s because it is easier in good times for us to see God loves us than it is in the bad times where we hurt or hurt others, But I don’t know the depth of God’s love untiil I know how he loves the worst in us that even turns away my friends.
SO, that I know in my heart that Christ, the Being of Light, really loves me. To achiece these questions 1 through 6 have been prayerfully answered.
I hope these suggestions help those who are troubled
May Almighty God bless you as you go through these steps.
