Thank you for the link. I read all of the letters from the SSPX priests who left. Their reasons for leaving were trully eye opening and spoke to what is taking place within SSPX.

In reading this Fr Rizzo, that you referenced:

1. Anyone who is in the LA, Portland, Spokane, Boston, Arlington, Dallas, and a host of other dioceses could justify leaving the catholic church for the very same reasons. Except it would be for the practice, propagation and illicit defense of pederasty by “approved” hierarchial authority. The demeaning of the victims and their families. As well as the benign neglect by the Vatican. And again, for the hierarcial support of masses that defy imagination. Would you now say that leaving the VATII church in America is justified by these well known abuses which are and have been under full blown investigation by state authorities, bringing convictions?
2. Fr Rizzo did not tell us where he settled churchwise. Do you know?
3. My personal experience with SSPX in Teaxs is flawless in regard to any of the complaints by Fr Rizzo. My experience has been just the opposite, as well as that of a new SSPX priest who has left the VATII church Novus Ordo mass, and the heavily diluted catechesis. He was continually admonished if not harassed when trying to give traditional sermons and catechesis.

Not to derail the thread, but I’d like to get back to the original theme. Why would any faithful Catholic desire to witness a priest deliberately committing a potentially gravely sinful act in the “celebration” of Mass? It seems to me to be quite a terrible thing to celebrate the great gift of Christ to all of mankind by disobeying His Church.

Wouldn’t it send quite a message if the schismatic priests were attracting fewer and fewer participants at Mass? Let’s stop pretending like they are a bunch of wonderful men who have just one tiny flaw. These men are choose themselves over Christ’s Church. They claim to be trying to bring souls to God while at the same time denying His will. Scary.

Alright, i’m doing myself a disservice too. Once again, I get it. You want to argue typographical errors, which shows me you have nothing relevant to add to this discussion. I have no want or need to “improve” my posts. Maybe less ego on your part would help. Yes?
