SSPX parishes and other sacraments

Most seem to agree it’s allowable to take communion at SSPX parishes. But what about the sacraments of Confirmation and First Communion? Will they be accepted by the rest of the church? I ask that because I’m thinking long term for my baby. I would guess that at some point SSPX parishes will be fully integrated into the Church, but I don’t know how long that would take.
 
From what I read on other forums…not yet. But you can look on the website Catholic World News-if I read it right. It appears that it won’t be too much longer before sspx is in full communion with Rome. Apparently, the Holy Father waited until negotiations were almost complete before any announcement was made…rather than in the beginning of negotiations. But look it up for yourself-there are several articles regarding the lifting of the excommunications of the bishops.
