Thanks John, looks great! But it would be nice if somebody knows how to convert the .pdf to a good (formatted) text file, because that file is huge! (I converted it with ABBYY but it didn’t look much like the original. 
)

I’ve thought about taking on the massive job of converting it over to my website, but copying and pasting from that pdf does not do well, it mistakes lots of letters and does not always recognize spaces. It would be a horrendous job that would make your eyes cross. I just saved the document on my hard drive and it comes up quick after that. I also copied it on CD, I highly recommend doing that!Thanks John, looks great!
