So I just bought a St. Anthony Chaplet and I was wondering…

There are specific things to meditate on during the prayers but since I am new to this is it permitted I just meditate on asking him to pray for me and my petitions?

Any advice would be great…

I would follow the booklet you maybe got with it? No specific way right or wrong to use it. I know there can be different time series. One a day for nine days or 9 consecutive Tuesdays. I love St. Anthony, Just today, i had to envoke him again to find something misplaced. I love that image of him holding the young child Jesus.

Me too. The booklet just has the Miraculous Responsory said at the end. I read online different things to meditate on but nothing on the booklet.

Simply ask for his intercession and blessing and see what happens!
I love St. Anthony. God bless you.

I do too. During my confirmation when we did the Liturgy of the Saints I could feel him standing behind me and his hand on my shoulder. It was amazing…
