I came across this quote by St. Augustin. I want to find it in English because the following is my own translation. Plus, it would be nice to know the source.

“A flower for the deceased withers, a tear on their tomb evaporates, but a prayer for them is received by God.”

Do any of you know this quote or where I can find it?
