Can an embroidered patch such as the one below carry the official St. Benedict Medal blessing and excorcism? Naturally it can be blessed like any other sacramental, but my question is about the specific blessing for the medal.

The question could be extended to crucifixes. Could images of crucifixes like paintings be given the proper blessing to crucifixes? Could the St. Benedict medal depicted on a t-shirt be given the exorcism?
