I’m assuming this is St Benedict, have you ever seen one like this? If that’s not St Benedict, who is it?

It seems to be him because the rosary has images of his medal. The book he is holding might represent The rule of St Benedict.

Is it actually a rosary though? I thought it would have a crucifix if it was. Maybe that is a Chaplet for praying through St. Benedict?

It looks like St. Benedict to me for the reasons Zelkon said. St. Benedict is often pictured reading his Rule out of a book as shown.

It also looks like a Rosary to me. It’s possible, though unconventional, to make a Rosary with a medal or something that’s a non-crucifix hanging off the end. There is a St Benedict chaplet, but it’s 3 groups of 3 beads.
