I just heard from a seminarian that St. Christopher is just a legend and his status is question mark now. Any clarification?

Where do they get this stuff? St. Patrick’s life is probably better documented than the seminarian’s will be 300 years from now. His spiritual autobiography has survived. He gets mentioned at some length in the book “How the Irish Saved Civilization.”
