St Faustina "would not know..." (in her words)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Heartfelt words from St. Faustina:

My Jesus I would not know how to live without You – my spirit is welded to Yours. No one can really understand this; one must first live in You in order to recognize You in others. – Paragraph 503 in St. Faustina’s Diary --Divine Mercy in My Soul

These are surely words to ponder during this Year of Mercy. St. Faustina’s prayer also reminded me of Fr. Olier’s prayer:

O Jesus, living in Mary, come and live in your servants, in the spirit of holiness, in the fullness of your power, in the perfection of your ways, in the truth of your virtues, in the communion of your mysteries. Rule over every adverse power, in your Spirit, for the glory of the Father. Amen. – prayer of Father Jean Jacques Olier, S.S. (1608-1657)

We need His Grace for every prayer we pray and by His grace we need to open our hearts to receive all He wills to give us. Without Him we can do nothing but with Him all things are possible,

Mary Mother of Jesus, and our Mother, pray for us.
St. Faustina, pray for us.
Jesus, we trust in You!
