Can someone identify for me within any of ST Gertrude written revelations where Jesus revealed this prayer to her?

Eternal Father, I offer thee the most precioous blood of your divine son Jesus…

I see this prayer in many places on line but cannot find any historic documentation as to when and how this prayer was shared with her by Jesus. Thank you.
