St. Joseph’s Cincture; original blessing?

So I recently ordered and got in the mail from the Catholic Company a St. Jospeh’s Cincture. I had read before I ordered it that a particular formula was to be used by the priest in blessing it, or at least that a particular formula had been approved. When I’ve searched for it, I came to an entry on New Advent for the cincture, detailing that Pope Pius IX had approved said formula in a brief titled Expositum nobis nuper. And I found a formula for it from Fish Eaters, but I can’t be sire if it’s the right one.
Does anyone know if they’re the same formula, or if not, where I can find the original as approved by Pius IX? Thanks in advance!
