I’ve read that St Joseph is too be included in all the NO Eucharistic prayer. How does/doesn’t this affect the TLM?

The EF uses only the Roman Canon as it appears in the 1962 missal, and St. Joseph is already included in that. 
St. Joseph also is included in Eucharistic prayer I, the Roman Canon, in the OF missal, but not the other EP. Pope Francis’ directive was to include St. Joseph in the other EPs, as well. So now he is everywhere in the Latin rite.
