You might know these books by another name,1,2 Chronicals. The name "Paralipomenon"is the Greek meaning things left out.I have the Bishop Challoner edition.Again these books are in all Catholic Bibles by the name of Chronicals.Hope this helps.Rocky:)

You know I think I got one of those also at the Amvest store. How much did you have to pay for that on ebay?

I’ve been wanting the Jerusalem (not new Jerusalem) Douay-Rheims – the one with all the study notes – but they are so hard to find.

Also, I’ll share with you a secret. It’s called abebooks.com

It’s a good place to get books…AND, I’ll tell you I find amazing Catholic books and Bibles at the local Amvet stores. I bought a Peter Kreeft ā€œEverything you wanted to ask about Heavenā€ this week for less thant $1.

Yup, one dollar, and I bought a biography by Carl Bernstein and that Italian journalest about Pope JP2 (His Holiness is the name of the book.

I buy the used Catholic Bibles to give away to people who want to read the Bible or want a different Catholic translation than the NAB.
