I very much would like to know if this is credible, as well! If it is then it certainly seems upsetting.
 
I hope this isn’t true, though I suspect much of the mainstream media wouldn’t report it anyway. Sad for our country.

Well, if you look for alternate articles explaining the same situation, you may find this more balanced report. As explained in the Forbes article, the mechanism by which hospitals might lose their tax-exempt status is that they will fall below the threshold of serving those who cannot pay 3% of the time, due to the fact that those who previously could not pay might be covered by the ACA. The Forbes article does not say the standard is changing. They say the existing standard may become harder to meet.
