St Longinus

Ive been wondering lately, as I saw a movie preview recently that I think was about him, what we know of him. Is there any tradition surrounding his life, other than his brief appearance in the Gospel? Did any of the fathers write about him, or is he ever mentioned in church history? Do we know what he did after his conversion?
