I know St. Paul persecuted the early Church and then was blinded by Jesus until Ananias open his eyes. But where did St. Paul obtain all his knowledge about Jesus? Did it all come to him when he was blind?

He got formal (Jewish) theological education at the Jerusalem school, sitting at the feet of Gamaliel. (Acts 22:3).
After his conversion he spent 3 years in the desert, probably with other Christians, and get educated in the teaching and life of Jesus.

When you say St. Paul persecuted the church it sounds like a good holy man persecuted the church.

Just my speculation: I think he got it directly from Jesus during that three years. That is the same amount of time that the original 12 spent with Jesus.
I don’t mean to imply that Jesus was physically visible to him during that time. I think that the knowledge came by infusion as he meditated.

That is possible, but not necessary.
We Catholics believe in the tradition, in the succession of the teaching authority, as part of the revelation.
