You mean Omar Sharif plays St Peter?

Haven’t seen it, but I’d say it’s a good thing. There haven’t been enough movies about him - or St Paul for that matter.

Yes, he plays St. Peter. I was wary of any bias against Catholicism but I didn’t much of it if at all. This film also portrays St. Paul. I thought it was alright. It’s 3+ hrs.
 
Good grief - how old is that guy???
Laurence of Arabia, Hidalgo, St. Peter - he must like the desert.
