Where is the tabernacle located in St. Peter’s?
that make alot more sense than my idea!In the Blessed Sacrament chapel.
That’s correct, I was just there in May.I think when you enter it is about midway down on the right as you face the main altar. Or am I missing something? It’s been some time since I have been there:shrug: It is after the Pieta if you keep going down.
Me too! (But not today, I want to go see everything at St. Peter’s first.)#72

It is incredibly beautiful inside a perfect throne for a King. I found St Peters to be stunning, overwhelming, and the Blessed Sacrament chapel was just the icing on the cake. I too was there in May and at that time they had the area roped off and guarded so only people in the know would dare enter. Plus you had to push aside a big heavy curtain to enter the chapel itself.then once inside a dazzling throne room with Christ in the Eucharist right in the middle. If that is just a tiny fraction of what heaven is like I really want to go.![]()
