St.Thomas Aquinas on Salvation

I’m honestly not sure if I’m posting in the correct location on the forums, but I have a question on Thomas Aquinas view point of salvation.

I have been reading up on St. Thomas Aquinas here but I am having trouble understanding his view of salavtion and how he believed it to occur. I mainly having trouble understanding wording used, I was hoping that someone could help explain it to me.
