Starting a Bible Study at church

My husband and I have been asked, along with 2 others, to help start, coordinate, and lead a Bible Study at our church. Please pray for us. We need guidance and lots of God’s grace and wisdom.

Dear Lord, please bless this godly undertaking of autumn and her husband; anoint it for Your purposes and glory…I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

I know the feeling…I have just been informed I will be teaching the Ninth Grade Religion Class next year…I pray I’m up tp the task! Good Luck with your endeavor as well!

We’re going to start with the readings for the upcoming Sunday Mass, focusing on the Gospel. The group wants to do a combination of Lectio Divina and Bible study. We will see where it takes us and where the Holy Spirit leads us.
