No matter how a leader is chosen or trained is there a danger of false teachings and teachers entering the Church.
Just look at the history of the Church all the denominations], even with *“officially ordained” *Priests, Pastors and Ministers-no matter HOW ordination is done evil finds a way in.
It is important that all members of the Church be well versed in Scripture and able to interprete Scripture to help fend off the evil and false.
