Is it at all common for Benediction to be held immediately after Stations? Or are these not usually conducted together like this?

I would say it is liturgically practical to perform the stations of the cross as long as the Blessed Sacrament is not exposed in the monstrance. If you do then you will have your back to the Blessed Sacrament during the stations.

At an all night vigil I attend monthly we perform the stations of the cross right before exposition of the blessed sacrament. One month the priest was available for the opening Mass but not for the stations of the cross and exposition thereafter. He exposed the blessed sacrament directly after Mass; the stations of the cross were performed after a server veiled the blessed sacrament. After the stations of the cross the blessed sacrament was unveiled for the rest of the adoration period.

I would endorse Benediction and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament after performing an exercise wherein we contemplate the Passion and death of our Saviour.

If your church has a relic of the true cross, the priest can also bless the faithful with that relic.

Adoremus te Christi et benedicimus tibi, quia per sanctem crucem tuam redemisti mundum
