  1. How does one pray The Stations of the Cross?
  2. Is there a requested number of times to pray it?
  3. Does it usually happen by yourself?

I attended one time years ago, and I want to do things right. This may be a silly question but; Do I have to wear heels? I did the last time and bending down on one knee started hurting.

Your local parish most likely will post the time for the Stations on Fridays in Lent, but you may do them at home any day. Inquire at the church office about getting one of the little booklets.
