Statue of Our Lady of Fatima

Hello!

I have a statue of Our Lady of Fatima that I ordered from Autom:
autom.com/statues-24-and-under/our-lady-of-fatima-statue-PS976

This statue, though, has one interesting feature that I am not sure the purpose of. There are three doves at the feet of Our Lady and one of the doves has its wings raised. What are these symbolic of? I would assume the Three Shepherd Children but what would identify one of them as a dove with raised wings?

According to this page, there was a “miracle of the three doves” in connection with a statue of our Lady in Lisbon, Portugal in 1946.

It doesn’t say where the info came from, nor do I know its status, if any, in the Church’s eyes.
