Statue of Our Lady of Nazare, Carved by St. Joseph?

I heard about the spiral staircase that was built for some nuns so they could utilize the space above in their convent. They prayed a novena to St. Joseph and one day a stranger appeared at the door and he built the stair case and when it was done the drifter was gone and no one ever knew who it was, however the nuns were certain that it was none other than St Joseph himself come in answer to their novena… I beleive it. For those without faith, no explanation will ever suffice. Not even a miracle from God. So says God in scripture concerning Lazarus.
