According to a friend who visited Serbia, a Serbian Orthodox cathedral he toured had full fledge statues. I’ve heard of other cases as well - even if it is rare. I’ve also heard that the Byzantine Rite did have statues prior to the 12th century…but I know nothing of that…I have never seen a full round statue in any Orthodox church.
I have seen a few in Canadian Eastern Catholic churches, but few and I am sure those came from Latinising influences.
