Still homeless, please pray

I never found a home. I posted on here weeks ago and so many of you tried to help. A landlord has my deposit check and promised me an apt. But things have fallen thru; paperwork needed for me to get help from Catholic Charities can’t happen unless she fills it out and makes a commitment to me. She just has to wait a couple of days. No one can disperse money for a client to get homelessness help unless the client has a place they’re going to live for sure. Just last Thurs the landlady promised me an apt and then took the weekend off. She told me everything was fine but the same apt was advertised on Craigslist 2 days ago. I don’t know what to think. I need to get my $100 deposit back if she isn’t going to rent to me. Am just so scared. All my things are in storage and I’m running low on necessities I can’t get to. I’m physically challenged and can’t lift all those heavy things in the storage room to reach what I need.

My mom is in a rest home but was able to give me a loan. Soon that will all be gone, though. She, too, thought I had a place to move into very soon.

I don’t understand people in business. I also spent money getting approved for the apt in the first place.

Can I please ask you to pray again for me? That if this place I wanted is futile that something else that will work can come thru for me? Thank you so much, good folks!

Prayer for your situation to be resolved and you are able to have a place to live. You can report the money you gave- did you get a receipt? That would be helpful

Bless us all, 0 Lord, we pray, for loved ones, here and near, and far away. And everyone for whom we pray. Keep us safe each night and day, the homeless who have no place to stay. Those who are suffering in any way. The dying, those mourning or grieving and all who need God’s mercy. Keep us safe, Heavenly Father, when we are at home, or travelling on our way, or when we are vulnerable, or in danger in any way. Most merciful Father, hear us as we pray for the souls in Purgatory, or who may be sent there some day.
