Please pray for me- I am feeling so depressed and sorry about my relationship that is over. I feel taken advantage of and like I wasted love, money and prayers on someone who treated me very badly, I keep wondering why God let this happen when I put the whole thing into prayer before it started and all along. Now I am in debt, I have no job and I feel so low about everything. I want to move on, but I keep getting stuck in the past- I even wake up in the middle of the night thinking about it.

My youngest son is going through such emotional loss after giving the best of himself and his love, and I understand something of how hard it can be. He doesn’t have the debt issue, but he too is ‘shattered’.

I implore You Jesus to help you recover, as giving your best yet not being loved and appreciated in response is so damaging.
I ask You, Jesus also to help this shattered person to find employment so as to provide occupation and income.
I ask Your loving mercy, Jesus.

Grant that, through the prayers of this youthful martyr of purity, those who suffer from nervous and mental illness everywhere on earth may be helped and consoled. .

Be pleased to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna and of Your Blessed Mother. Give those whom I recommend the patience to bear with their affliction and resignation to do Your divine will. Give them the consolation they need and especially the cure they so much desire, if it be Your will. Through Christ, Our Lord. Amen.

Lord, I pray that sojournersolo can find joy in his life again - but mostly joy in you alone. Please help him to be grateful for all the good you have put in his life thus far and help him to heal from the wounds of this relationship gone bad. May he know that his prayers are never wasted and that with more graces from prayer and graces from receiving you worthily in the Sacraments he will find himself in better circumstances - if he only perseveres with confidence in your merciful love, surrendered to your merciful love completely. Please help sojournersolo to get out of debt and to center his life around you in the Blessed Sacrament. May he draw strength from sitting alone with you in your presence and be healed completely by your saving rays of love. Help him to trust in you and please help him to regain his confidence in praying to you. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.

I have prayed for your son, I know how hard this is, and I hope he will find his way clear. I think the worst thing for me is: Why did God lead me forward when I was asking Him “Should I do this?” I was listening and I believed He blessed this. Years ago I Iost everything in my divorce, my home my way of life even one of my children who is still estranged from me today. I was homeless and hopeless, and NEVER had another relationship again. So this time, I was very cautious and begged the Lord not to lt me get hurt again. I was perfectly satisfied alone. So, when this blew up I felt twice betrayed. I am very faithful, and have not been lax in prayer or good deeds, so I am beyond hurt to think God would let go of me like that and let me be decieved and mistreated. It has been a very hard lesson, and I struggle still.
