Still needing exorcism after deliverance

What should we do when we (family) still suffer from the same preternatural causes even after our priest performed the deliverance prayer sessions? How do I tell our priest that we need more intense assistance, ie. exorcism, without offending him?

His availability with our sessions have been few and far between as his schedule is extremely full (local parochial school and priestly duties). We don’t know of any other avenues to take or steps to ensure we get the help we need in the “not too distant future.” We’ve been patiently waiting for help for almost 4 months with fulfilling the required General confessions for dh and me; and 1 deliverance session for our daughter.

I’m not sure if I’m being impatient and unrealistic, but we were hoping to get more intense help by now.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not sure why you would need an exorcist, but if you need an exorcist, you need to contact your diocese.

Since he is not viewing this as urgent, perhaps he’s not convinced that you need deliverance.
There’s really no way we can know your situation.
Ask a priest at another parish to evaluate your situation, and if also believes that there is no evidence that you need an exorcist, let it go.

He appears to believe you are mistaken in this view.

Hmmm. It did not cross my mind that he did not see this as an urgent matter. TBH, it saddens me that he hasn’t been explicit in his conversations with us. He has left it open-ended and without guidance on the matter. The first step he advised was for dh and I to make a general confession. Which we did within the first 2 weeks.

In the interim, our daughter had asked for an appointment with him. She had 2 appointments and then he asked for her to be prayed over with an intercessor. She was then prayed over.

We have since asked what other step we are to take for dh and me and for our family, but he has not responded to that query. Just confused.
