Stipend for altar servers at a wedding

There will be 2 servers at our dd’s wedding. One is the younger brother of the groom, the other is the 11 yr old son of good friends.

What is the going rate?
 
At our daughter’s wedding last month, we gave each of the two servers $25 and they were thrilled.
 
Actually, at the Cathedral, if you are using their servers, it’s $5 per server. Since these are your relatives, you could give them a gift card or something that they might enjoy.
