Is it required, or favorable, to give a stipend to the regular parish priest for giving the anointing of the sick, in church, after Mass?

It’s certainly not required and whether or not he accepts a stipend depends on the priest. Usually if my pastor is given a stipend on such an occasion he gives it to me to put in the parish coffers.

We offer communal anointing of the sick once a month and I have never seen anyone give the priest a stipend. Maybe if he goes to their home they may offer him something but I don’t think it is common.

Generally not for the Sacrament celebrated in a group at Mass. You could if the priest made a special trip to your home to Anoint the sick.
