Everybody knows the song by the Rolling Stones - Sympathy for the Devil…

Does anybody besides me believe this songs lyrics were inspired by satan? Jagger and Richards were both involved in occultist practices and serious sin, lots of sex, drugs, and rock n roll… They would have been easily influenced by satan.

Don’t these lyrics sound like something the devil himself would sing?
 
I don’t see this song as a glorification of the devil. It just a song about evil. It makes the devil out to be a monster.
 
Years ago, I saw Mick Jagger being interviewed and he mentioned “Ol’ Scratch.” At the time, their records were to be avoided. On the Ed Sullivan Show, “Let’s Spend the Night Together” was changed to “Let’s Spend some Time Together.”
 
I’ve always suspected that the Rolling Stones were core members of Satan’s Public Relations Team.
