A Cabot mother used to enjoy cutting her lawn, until she had to cut her family’s six acres of grass by herself with a push mower.
“By the time I get one part of it done, the other needs to be done,” said Alisha Robison. “It’s a vicious cycle.”
That is until Wednesday, when Robison came home to James “Cowboy” Cook cutting her lawn.
Cowboy started his lawn service at the beginning of the year to earn some money.
“I ain’t got nothing to do,” he said. “I can’t be bored all the time.”
However, Cowboy’s Lawn Service hasn’t made much of a profit.
“I’ve got two lawns that I cut that I actually get paid for,” he said.
What Cowboy would not share is how many others like Robison he has helped for free.
