Thank you MD, that definitely gives me something to think about.
God bless.

One time someone I know flicked a dude off on the road.
He ended up cutting her off and getting out the car, all mad.
I think she learned to not flick off drivers on the road!

Amazingly, I had a similar experience the week before last. Husband was driving when a truck passed us on our left and kept pace, a car length ahead.

At first we were perplexed to see a person hanging half outside the passenger side window … waving? Was there something wrong with our vehicle that he was trying to alert us to? It has happened before. Uh oh, soon realized it was that other salutation.

We were unaware of any transgression. It was confusing and amusing at the same time. I thought “Poor guy, all that wasted energy and we don’t know what his problem is.”

I was not as quick acting as the mom in the van, so I unfortunately missed the opportunity by mere seconds to lean into the front window so he could see clearly the blessing that I wanted to bestow, with my outstretched hand, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

“bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.“ Luke 6:28
