Sally Read, an atheist, had stopped into a church in Santa Marinella, Italy.

“There was this incredible experience where this presence almost came down, and my tears just stopped, just dried,” said. “I felt almost physically carried up. It was as if someone walked into the room. I knew this person. I knew that I was a Christian.”

After this, she became a Catholic. (The video included in this story of her conversion tells of how she became a Catholic)

I always love it when an atheist converts to Christianity, and then Catholicism no less.
I love it how she says “the Church is the ultimate poem” given she is a poet herself. Very nice.

I have an atheist in my family so I pray that all atheists may find Jesus and the Church he founded.
