Calling me a liar isn’t going to solve the fact that you don’t understand geology.

My suggestion to you is to quit using geological arguments to support a flood that didn’t occur. As you noted, you don’t understand geolgy. That is why you have no clue when I tell you that a global flood would leave flood deposits. You seem to think I am making that up, but I’m not.

Hank, you can believe I am a liar and anything else you want. You are free to be wrong on such a silly thing such as whether or not I am lying about having a degree in geology. Your bigger problem is with your faith. You need to come back to the Church that Jesus founded.

Peace

Tim
Thanks for the advice but, I think I’ll take my chances by trusting in God and believing in His word. God said He flooded the Earth, and since we weren’t there to see for ourselves, I’ll trust God. He hasn’t let me down yet.

Yeah
I believe it happened as written. Theres a lot of people who believe the scientist who say the land as it sits now could not all be covered by water. What they do not take into account is the land was all 1 mass at this time

Genesis 10:25
And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.

Peleg came after Noah

You know whats great. The scientist name this great continent Pangia (spelled wrong). If you were to take a world map and move these countries as you would a puzzle back into one continent, Jerusalem is smack dab in the middle. And they do fit together as a puzzle. Aint that some how do you do. Also, and this is purely speculation on my part but in many “Day of the Lord” scriptures it is said “I will gather the nations together”. Could He mean literally? That sure would account for the fire and the shaking and all the chaos talked about that will happen “in that day”. Well gotta head out. NCIS is on. Only show on tv worth watchin

Well… that was a pretty good show. I forgot to mention that theres a scripture (not sure where it is, but parts of it are in my head) that says all flesh shall come up to Jerusalem to worship me during the feast of Tabernacles. They will take chariots, horses…etc but no boats to get there. Like i said, its pure speculation but i wouldnt be surprised if one day we were to go on the ride of our lives as the continents (nations) move together.

WEEEEEE

If anyone knows where this scripture is, and it looks as i added or subtracted from the WORD, please correct me as i dont want to get the what for.

sorry

Zech. 14:14-17
And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance. [15] And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ***, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague.
[16] And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. [17] And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

Horses and mules are mentioned here but not as a mode of transportation. Sorry bout that

I found the problem

Isaiah 66:20-24
And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the Lord out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith the Lord, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the Lord. [21] And I will also take of them for priests and for Levites, saith the Lord. [22] For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain. [23] And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord. [24] And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

It is during the 1000 yr period of rest. I got the 2 scriptures discombobilated in my head.

Anyways i believe the flood happened as written but i will not argue about it.

What ever floats your boat

I believe it - I just saw the movie Evan Almighty and at the end it said, Based on a True Story.

Just kidding - a little humor to break things up a bit. Pardon the interruption.

For my two cents - yes I believe it.
