Stress from Marian debate

I’m engaging in a Marian debate with Protestant. I’m doing well but I’m struggling with stress from it, and I also am tempted and occasionally give into losing my calmness, love and patience. Can you please pray for me?
 
Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom in defense of your Catholic faith.

may have the wisdom to stop the debate
when there seems to be an impasse in
