Stressful meeting at work

Today, i am meeting for the first time in two years with someone that caused me great grieves about harassment. I am forced to resume work with him but i accepted God’s will. I am having a meeting today with him and my team leader. Things can go quite harsh so this is why, if you have a few second, to pray with me about this.

Dear God, you know that i wish to do your will but if this isn’t against your will, please grant a miracle that my team leader will bent and allow me to work in another laboratory. Please if i am to work there, please grant me that i don’t have to be alone with him again in Jesus name. I trust that you know what is best for everyone and please allow all graces and miracles in this situation. What ever your will is, please give me peace, strength, courage and wisdom. Open the heart of this man and my team leader if this ok with you. I pray that the meeting be peaceful and fruitful according to your will. I pray that you send the Holy Spirit and the perfect angels to help all of us in Jesus name, your beloved son. Amen

Not very well, i had to walk out from the meeting. I couldn’t even look at him the entire time. Humane resources was there and my team leader also.

This man isn’t cooperative, where i work this is about all the researcher’s need. If the cleaner would have done to me what he did, he would have lost his job by now, but this person is valuable. I was assured by the management that i would be able to do this by step to resume to work with him and he refuse and wants things as before. He isn’t willing to respect that. Now, i hope that i will reach the heart of my team leader and he will help me with boundaries.

Maybe i need to face the music that i will have to resign. I am the only one that bring a revenue for my family, my daughter has special need and i hold on to this place for her own sake. She needs speech therapy, occupational therapy and tutoring.

I feel that i failed God today, i should have been able to stay calm but i couldn’t. Anyway, i have faith, hope and i trust God with all of my heart that he must know what he is doing.

I have another meeting this morning with this person and my team leader, i am feeling so anxious about this.

Dear God, you know that i am so not keen with this meeting. If anything, i am so confuse please bring clarity in this situation, so i can fully understand your will and not doing mine. If this is ok, please help this person to be cooperative and to respect my boundaries. I am so scared and worry and i know, you don’t want us to feel this way, so please bring faith, courage, patience and wisdom in me. I am nothing without you, please don’t leave me alone in Jesus name. Amen
