and many of the problems we have now are due to government interference. What do you mean by registration? What would that accomplish? How is it difference than legal constraints under which hospitals currently operate?
Those are good questions. Hospitals, at least in the US, are subject to many government regulations. The current practice of accrediting hospitals by a non-governmental non-profit organization seems to be working fine. What problems. Simonn, do you see which only the government can fix?
